Who We Are
Element Fire Sprinkler Service LLC was founded in July 2023 by Jared Hogue — a sprinkler fitter who spent 17 years working the I-70 corridor, rising from the field to running operations across the Vail Valley. When he couldn't build things the right way at his previous employer, he built his own company.
What started as a one-man operation has grown to a team of eleven with 120+ years of combined experience — licensed, certified, and deeply rooted in the communities we protect. Element is a proud Local 669 signatory company, which means our technicians are union-trained and our employees receive the benefits and support that come with that commitment. We believe taking care of our people is inseparable from taking care of our customers. Every technician we hire brings real experience and genuine pride in this trade. We don't hire warm bodies. We hire the best.
The name came from family. The confirmation came from a happy meal toy. And the commitment has never wavered: honest work, quality systems, and a team that earns your trust every single day.
